Is there a Crafts/Childrens Shop, Where I can buy Sugar Paper? [Manchester/Bury/Oldham/Bolton]?

I need to buy some A3 sugar paper, i've been looking all over the internet and the cheapest i found is 250 sheets for £8.99, however paper is really heavy and the p&p is £6.99. I don't know any shops that sell paper in a bulk like this. can anyone help me please?

1. You can get it from any printers who supply your education authority with paper. You can buy as much or as little as you want. Ask at a primary school who their supplier is
2. Fred Aldous on Lever St. in Manchester Art shop off Yorkshire St. in the centre of Oldham. A tiny back street called Bow Street.
3. Find a lisitng for school/teacher parent supplies. Construction/Sugar paper has went up in price that is for sure..
