How to make a comb buzzer? childrens crafts?

How do i make a comb buzzer? i know i take a piece of paper and put it on the comb but i cant do it. i need more in depth instructions. i want it to sound like the ones used in "lovely rita" by the beatles on the sgt. pepper album

1. We used to put Saran Wrap, or other see through wrap, over the comb, and use it like a harmonica.
