my computer is randomly playing instructions for making crafts?!?

my computer will spontaneously be like, "step 5: cut out a heart shaped piece of paper!" and i'm like...kay. i closed every window and program on my computer and it's still playing! wtf?! it just told me to get some aquarium gravel and remove everything edible from my fridge... seriously. help please?! it's not an ad or anything... it 's telling me how to make valentine's, play bocce ball, clean my fridge, put my hair up, etc. random shit.

lol maybe you have adware virus, is it an advertisement? its probably a virus causing it, throw it in safe mode an run your anti virus/spyware program.
