Where to buy cellophane for baby toys?

You know that crackle noise soem baby toys make? We'll, they are made out of cellophane on the inside and I was just wondering where to buy it. I do not know what it looks like either, and so what type of department would I look for it in also. Thanks in advance.

1. I got my son two little books from walmart for about four dollars each and he goes crazy for them. They are in the infant section where the baby toys are. :]
2. They have some toy ones at baby r us. Sometimes you can find them at a second hand store.
