How do you make homemade bird/dog - toys/treats/beds ?

How do you make homemade bird/dog - toys/treats/beds ? Any sites would be helpful i want to do some crafts to make them cute stuff.

1. you can make a bird chew toy take a stick and spread peanut butter and on top of the butter put bird seeds drill a hole at the end of the stick and put a sting through it and hang from cage
2. for a bed find a couple of old blankets sew on a machine all but a stuffing slot fill with stuffing made of stuffing material/cedar chips,cedar is a natural flee repellent.then sew the slot.now sew every 3-4 inches all over to keep the stuffing from shifting all over.Fold 1/3 over and sew to make it enclosed(in the back),now do the sides.leave the front open.you will have a bed as nice as wal-mart sells.but you dog will appreciate that cedar stuffing a lot more.good luck
3. For Parrots they love to destroy. My parrot has his favorite home made toy...adding machine paper on a simple chain. The chain is about 4 inches long. I run the chain through the middle of the adding machine paper roll and loop the ends together and it hangs from the top of his cage. Best toy ever!
