Crafts Toys

What toys/crafts/activities are 5 - 7 year old boys and 7 - 11 year old boys in to?

I'm a children's worker and I'm trying to stock up on some good resources, especially ones the boys will be interested with (the girls are happy doing colouring, play doh etc). I'm trying to find a variety of things that they won't get bored of and that we can rotate through the weeks while also being cost effective as having to buy enough of each thing for approx 40 children!

4. Lego or K'nex my 11 year old likes, he has grown out of Ben 10 but used to like it when he was younger. He is not into colouring or play doh prefers to be making things with wood or in the garden. I think boys are lot harder to buy for, mine would rather be playing on the Xbox but my daughter loves the Hamax hot beads, colouring, playing with her doll or My little pony
