What kind of wearable crafts could I make in the color scheme red-white-and-black?
I am making black flip flops with red polka-dot ribbon threaded through them for my friend's birthday present. What else could I make, keeping the color scheme red-white-and-black + polka dots? Suggestions of how to make headbands, bangles, necklaces, etc. in the color scheme would be great! Links to instructions are appreciated.:) Thanks!

- You could get the matching ribbon and make a head band. All you have to do is get a plastic headband a little smaller than the width of your ribbon and then you just fold the ribbon to the underside and glue it with tacky glue. Get some stretchy cord and some some beads and make a bracelet. Just string the beads and then tie a couple of knots to secure it.
- here are a few ideas & links -- make friendship bracelets using the 3 colors & interspersed with beads to represent polka dots. www.makingfriends.com/friendship.... www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Cross-Knot... www.caron-net.com/kidfiles/kidsno... www.youtube.com/watch?v=iq5ehjjah... www.uniquebeadedjewelry.com/freepatterns/ make a cross stitch bracelet using the colors - http://crossstitch.about.com/od/finished... for headband &/or belt - you could use 3 strands of fabric in desired colors & braid them together to desired length & width. for headband, use a smaller width. for belt you could also use 5 strands instead of 3 - this will give you a broader version. for bangles & necklaces, use beads, sequins, etc. http://rubyglen.com/craftsbead.htm lego - www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/le... buttons - www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=but... you could also = sew an apron, = sew a head-scarf [the square kind], = or knit a scarf, = sew a ladybird beetle plushie - www.burdastyle.com/, = knit or crochet an amigurumi beetle, = make a hat - www.headhuggers.org/patterns/patt... = knit iPod or cell phone cozies www.craftbits.com/viewProject.do?... = paint a beetle on a t-shirt & add a little polka-dot ribbon on the sleeves or bottom corner or around the beetle's 'neck'. you can always google or use the search box in respective sites to narrow down your search. hope these inspire all the very best & have fun
